The essence of the Thinline Kit is the selection of quality component parts and the use of dedicated Puller or Blower blades which maximise airflow. Pacet have chosen a modern, well engineered motor with a smooth performance, low amperage consumption and a long life. Kits come complete with:
Dedicated blades reduce the overall and sometimes critical “H” measurement (i.e. the depth of motor) and allow for some sizes a slightly bigger motor to be fitted than for the Club range, which improves performance. The Thinline kits use the same shroud design as the Club range, whilst the High Profile Kits use the deeper section with the dedicated thicker core fan blades, which perform very well in any size. There are just a small number of sizes of High Profile Kits which are very popular and effective in tough conditions. Preassembled fan - motor - shroud (FMS) units for a very wide range of applications where space is an issue. Suitable for -30° C transport refrigeration, air conditioning, hydraulic systems, radiator and automatic transmission cooling, off-road vehicles, classic cars, coaches, and motor homes. The units are assembled with four 90° lugs, rim depth 35mm.
* Nominal blade size – click on size to view technical diagram. Free air figures are always much greater and look more impressive but are not often relevant and therefore not shown here. Performance figures, intended as a guide, are shown for pulling mode, the most reliable. Blowing performance is unreliable, as it has degrees of spill and wastage and is only used when space is tight. ‘0’ Amp draw is taken at nominal 12V rating. Normal test voltage is 13.5V, for 24V amp draw figure a typical reduction of 45% should be applied. If ordering please note: |
