GENUINE PACET !

Buy the REAL THING because only the real thing will give the performance and reliability you need and deserve. PACET fans are designed, tooled and produced here in the Thames Valley.   They are user friendly, i.e. easy to fit, reliable and have great performance, injection molded in PA66GF in accordance with OEM specifications which has rigidity, strength and heat resistance.

Unique rubber backed motor spacer for quieter running mounting

Top spec OEM PA66GF material producing a strong heat tolerant product

Four snap-off outer edge sections to reduce overall diameter and squared-off multiple installations

4 moulded-in fixing points interchangeable with other European manufacturers

4 slide-in mounts for 2 x designs of 90º and straight 5mm threaded mountings, logically positioned to fit top and bottom fixing

Interchangeable with most popular European and US production

Curved shroud radials for greater strength and quiet blade performance (no need for curved blades)

Outer edge thickness 35mm and ‘H’ centre only 50mm excluding motor and spacer, making fitting easier

Multi holed centre fixing for a wide range of motor cable location and to ensure a smoother cable route

Built in finger guard which should be an essential safety feature for all fans

Brass insert on all blades for accurate shaft fitting

Innovative eleven bladed design provides maximum airflow with minimum amp draw, unlike the normal blade construction

11-blade design avoids throb created by evenly spaced blades

Water resistant and water proof motors

CURVED BLADE v STRAIGHT

Like most things in life comparison is never that simple or straight forward.

A straight blade in almost all cases provides better airflow for a given amp draw.

Fan noise is made up of several factors but the principal reasons are mechanical, the airflow itself, but mostly the blade forcing a barrier of air against a straight strut or radial section.

Putting a curve in the blade, particularly when used as a blower is one method of reducing this.   The more effective design is to curve the radial strut, retain the advantage of the performance and the lower amperage draw.   The power required to provide good airflow of the curved blade can be 50% more than that needed by the straight blade.

The other noise source is the throb associated with evenly spaced blades.   Pacet's International Fans feature curved radials and uneven blade spacing.   The greatest amount of airflow is generated at the furthest extremes which is why the Pacet blade gets wider towards the shroud rim.
