It will improve radiator airflow, particularly if blocked off by a front mounted winch, especially effective for the Series I, II or III, creates extra airflow also for wading vehicles deprived of space underneath for the escaping hot air, the motor home, towing camping gear, a boat, driving along hot motorways, crossing the desert in 50ºC plus ambient temperatures, off-road trials, hill climbs, competition boxes, etc; can also improve oil cooler and intercooler airflow for extra low speed performance.
